If you have approximately US$ 1,300 to spare, you can improve the performance of your computer dramatically with latest index of Octane SSD from OCZ and still have a lot of disk space over.
Available in two versions - with SATA 3.0 and SATA interfaces 2 0 — these 2.5-inch SSDs use 25nm NAND and claim to have the "more low read and write access times of any SSD on the market." This is in addition to their sequential read competitive and write speeds of up to 560 MB/s and 400 MB/s respectively. Index of Octane OCZ starts 128 GB and GB to 1TB in disk space, making it the first consumer SSD that we know to achieve such a capability.
While there is that no price for no details yet, OCZ has revealed that this SSD should cost between 1.10 $ US-US$ 1.30 per gigabyte. Index of Octane OCZ will be available worldwide between November 1.
