Singapore launches police two iOS-apps

The Singapore Police (SPF) has an iPhone and iPad app, to the facilities of the public current crime information and news.
The Police@SG iPhone app gives useful tips for crime prevention, and appealed for information on the missing and crimes. Want to sign a police force, which also helps application you find your nearest stations.
A special feature of the app is the crime map information, where the breakdown of the statistics by neighbourhood-a great way, the number of burglaries or vehicle can be viewed to find thefts in your area.
A cellphone-tracking feature will take you to the SPF Web site, where you can enter a handset IMEI number, to find out whether it was reported stolen.

The men in blue are also green, with a dedicated iPad app, where users reading the SPF police life monthly e-magazine and similar videos to view. As one of the PoliceLife@SG on iPad app have police reduce proliferation of copies from 16,000 to 500.
Both apps can be downloaded from the app store. Meanwhile, a spokesman said the police, that they an Android version as well.
